PU panel produce line

Superlift PU panel is made by its own design production line . The production line has five parts such as roll forming machine , pre-heat equipment , X-Y spray glue shaft system, foam equipment and double belt main frame equipment.

This line is total 140 meters. It is designed for producing 500,000 sets of garage door, 1,600,000 square meters of wall panel and 1,600,000 square meters of roof panel annually. After date, this line will be developed to producing external decoration wall panels and rock-wool panels additionally.

Compare with the old line, the PU production line is more efficient. The quality can be controlled well and the delivery time is short than before.

SMT produce line

All the PCB boards that Superlift used are produced by The Electronic Company of XJ Group Corporate. This company owns 12 surface mounted technology lines, 9 American UP2000 automatic screen printing machines，3 Britain DEK half-automatic screen printing machines, 21 Siemens high speed chip mounter, 5 Panasonic high speed chip mounters, 8 reflow ovens, 3 American automated optical inspection machines, 1 optical tester, 1 three-D tester, 2 American maintenance work stations, 8 THT production lines, 2 Germany wave crest welding machines, 1 water cleaners, 2 dryers, 2 driers and 2 air compressors.

The SMT can reach 400,000 actions per hour. THT can produce 30,000,000 PCS and test 10,000,000 PCS per year.

Opener produce line

Garage door opener produces line designed by ourselves, which can produce 150000.00 opener units per year. To control the quality there are 14 quality control points in this line.

　　

Testing and quality control devices

EMC testing center

The EMC testing center of XJ Group Corporation is founded according to the IEC electrical testing standards。there are 42 testing items in this standard , our EMC testing center can made 41 items besides seismic model experiment.

The design argumentation of new opener will be done in this center.

When the PCB is delivered, quantity surveyors will do the incoming inspection, the appearance, size, welding, parameter and function will be tested.

All the boards will be tested again before producing, function testing, parameter testing and 72 hours high temperature aging will be at that time.

When the transformer is delivered to Superlift , quantity surveyors will do the incoming inspection , appearance, 220V/250V no-load input current, 220V no-load output voltage, load output voltage, current, load temperature rise, insulation resistance and dielectric voltage withstand will be tested.

All the transformers will be tested again before producing.

When the motor delivered to Superlift, quantity surveyors will do the incoming inspection, appearance, noise, torque and speed, lock-rotor impact, and service life testing.

All the motors are tested again before producing.
